As you leave Mykonos Town and head towards the well known Megali Ammos beach, a gravel track appears on your left around one of the many coastal road corners and if you follow it you will arrive at the Bill & Coo hotel. This detached location makes for a peaceful stay, as the road is far enough away not to cause problems, yet still offers excellent access to the centre of town. In fact, if you're feeling energetic, it's a healthy ten minute walk! Arriving in the car park and entering reception tells you everything you need to know; it's welcoming, stylish, modern and very, very chic.

The 23 suites are separated into five categories from the Classic to the Master, each offering a beautiful sea view. Often, when a hotel is described as 'boutique', it just means minimalist in approach as well as inspiration, however the Bill & Coo hotel has avoided this by creating some truly amazing living spaces. White may be the predominant colour, but it never feels like a clinical environment thanks to splashes of vibrant colour, some of the fluffiest duvets we've ever seen, very modern furniture and carefully chosen pieces of art. All this being said, you'll definitely won't want to tread in any sand over the bright white flooring though, it'd ruin the glorious look!
